This Danish valley really has got into my hearth - I just love with it. 

The paining has a special story too, because I actually painted it 3 times on the spot before I was satisfied. The story of the first of these paintings is the best, so here it is:
I sat on the grounds under a beech-tree and painted the sun on the scene. I nice runner passing by behind me on the path stopped, studied my work and talked with me about where I was in the process and what I was going to paint in the hours to come. It was a nice talk and he told me that he would be passing by on his way back on his running-route. 
I went on painting and fell in the trap of overdoing it. The more I tried to fix it, the worse it got, and I ended up removing the whole painting with a cloth. When I was packing my stuff to go home, the runner came back. He was disappointed. He had on his running-route decided to buy the painting for his wife, at their 25 years anniversary - if it was as good as it seemed to become. Now there was nothing. I felt sad for him and for me. It could have been a wonderful experience for both of us.

I went back a few days later to make the perfect painting. The runner was not there....
I though still hope, that I have shown how beautiful calm sunny day is in Denmark. 
To me it is magical

What did I learn?
Stop when the painting is finished and leave a painting to dry and repair it later. Do not remove it all with a cloth.
There is always something good in everything. It is my job to find it :-)

This time it is painted from the north with my eyes looking to the south. I have actually painted this scene 3 times from the other direction - That means from the south viewing against the north. . 
It is extremely calming just to be there. You are just in the mist of nature relaxing and painting. I enjoy the feeling and the sounds of nature - listening to the birds, leaves in the wind and the small creek running besides me.
